Brothers Nigel and Stuart Mee farm chickens and turkeys at Springfield Farm near Leominster they converted their chicken enterprise to organic in 1986.
The chickens are Cotswold Whites which are bred especially for organic farms, they are a plump and tasty bird, who live enviable lives in the Herefordshire countryside.
