Celeriac and
Mustard Mash |

| 300g Celeriac |
 |
| 200g Potatoes |
 |
| Wholegrain Mustard |
 |
| Nutmeg |
 |
| Tarragon |
 |

 |
For 4 people, peel and chop 300g celeriac and 200g potatoes (peeled weight) into large chunks and simmer in boiling water until tender, drain well and mash. Stir in seasoning, 2tbsp wholegrain mustard, a little nutmeg and 1tbsp chopped fresh tarragon (optional).

Alternatively, try adding garlic to the celeriac and potatoes when boiling and use seasoning and crème fraiche to taste. |
