We endeavour to provide you with high quality produce, delivered efficiently to your door. If you have any queries or requests we will strive to deal with any issues that arise to your satisfaction.
Whilst we try to ensure that all stock marked is available, we will not be held liable if we are unable to supply goods ordered. We will only take payment for items ordered and dispatched.
The contract to buy between Cotswold Organic and the Customer only exists after payment for goods is taken, this will occur shortly before goods are dispatched to you. An order is an ‘offer to buy’, until we take payment.
Weights and measures will vary from those in the products section and the payment taken will reflect these variations.
Our liability to the customer at no time will exceed the value of the order.
All prices are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
Ordering and Delivery
Our delivery area is currently within the area of Cheltenham, Chipping Norton, Witney, Cricklade and Tetbury.
Our delivery charge is £2.50 per order with the minimum order being £10
If nobody is at home to accept the delivery when we arrive we will try to contact you. If your order has to be redelivered we will charge at cost. We are not liable if we fail to deliver goods within the agreed time.
Privacy Policy
The information we collect from you at the time of ordering is used solely for the efficient delivery of your goods. No buyers information will be passed onto a third party.
Cancellation of Orders
Due to the perishable nature of our goods, we are unable to accept cancellation of orders once placed.
